The Secret Power of Mantra Meditation
Heart Circle Chanting
Sanskrit chanting has been used for thousands of years to create a feeling of devotion and to induce states of spiritual ecstasy. In this workshop you will learn how mantras are derived from an intuitive understanding of the Chakra system in the body. The group with then practice a modern variation of mantra chanting called the “Heart Circle Kiirtan,” where the entire group focuses their love energy and directs it towards one another. This uniquely accessible format gives participants a first hand taste of the bliss of chanting.

Drawing on his book about meditation, Dada reveals how a simple shift in perspective can take your practice to another level, making it a richly emotional and supportive experience, transforming what felt like a chore into a healthy addiction.

Dada Nabhaniilananda, originally from New Zealand, is a yoga monk, a musician, anauthor, and a keynote speaker. He has been invited to speak on TedTalks, for Google, for Facebook and teaches all over the world. He has more than 40 years of practice and is an expert in the field of meditation, yoga and creativity.
